On the 25th of January, the Semi-annual General Members Assembly will take place online. It will start at 19.30 and can be attended via Google Meet.
If you are unable to attend the GMA, there is a possibility to authorize another member. To authorize someone, you have to write down your full name, the full name of the person you authorize, the name and date of the GMA, your signature and the date of signature. Lastly, send a picture of the authorization to the Secretary of the Board through email (secretary@aegee-groningen.nl) or WhatsApp.
During this GMA, the XXXIII board will present the Semi-annual Secretarial Report 2020-2021, the Semi-annual Financial Report 2020-2021 and the Updated Budget 2020-2021. Furthermore, candidatures will be presented for the advisory bodies and delegate positions for Spring Agora Yerevan 2021.
A GMA speed course will be provided before the start of the GMA at 19.00. During this speed course, the basic principles of the GMA will be explained for people who have not yet attended one before or want to know more about it.
