TNT, coordinated by AEGEE-Academy and hosted by AEGEE-Bucuresti, is a week-long training course in which 20 amazing participants will have the chance to develop skills related to training delivery, and to gain in-depth knowledge about adult learning and the Non-Formal Education (NFE) framework.
But… why attend TNT if you’ve already delivered some sessions? Why attend TNT when there are many trainers in AEGEE and beyond who haven’t attended one? Because TNT is your chance to take session-delivery to the next level, and to gain those skills and knowledge that will make your sessions not only engaging and dynamic, but also truly impactful, in line with the way adults learn and retain information. Furthermore, if you are considering integrating your role as a trainer within your professional or academic life, this is definitely a step in the right direction! TNT may be the start of a journey which will end thousands of miles from where it started!
