The Extraordinary Semi-Annual General Members Assembly will take place on the 28th of January 2022, starting at 19:30. During this GMA the revised Semi-Annual Secretarial Report will be presented and voted upon with the opportunity for members to pose questions.
This GMA will also be held online. It starts at 19:30 and can be attended via Google Meet. Access to the documents that will be discussed at this GMA will be granted on the 27th of January 2022.
A GMA speed course can be provided upon request, before the start of the GMA, at 19:00. During a speed course, the basic principles of the GMA are explained for people who have not yet attended one before or want to know more about it. If you would like to attend the crash course please contact the president (for example by mailing to president@aegee-groningen.nl) before Friday, January 28th, 12:00.
If you are unable to attend the GMA, there is a possibility to authorize another member to vote on your behalf. To authorize someone, you have to write down your full name, the full name of the person you authorize, the name and date of the GMA, your signature and the date of signature. Lastly, send a picture of the authorization to the Secretary of the Board through email (secretary@aegee-groningen.nl) or WhatsApp.
