What is the Strategic Plan? The strategic outline can be separated into a thematic- and an organisational focus. In the thematic part of the strategic plan, the new Focus Areas, with their overall goals, are described. On the other hand, the organizational part illustrates structural and organisational improvements that we deem necessary to make AEGEE more sustainable and efficient in the future!
During this evening we will go through and explain the current Strategic Plan of AEGEE-Europe, discuss what AEGEE is in its core and how the association should move forward in the future.
This evening will also be the last chance you have to give input on the new Strategic Plan before our representative Charley leaves for the Strategic Planning Meeting in Cologne the day after
