AEGEE-Yerevan is happy to open the call for participation to the European Planning Meeting 2018 (EPM). Gathering around 250 enthusiastic participants from all over Europe, the EPM Yerevan 2018 aims at conducting interactive discussions regarding the ongoing matters of the youth policy and, as a result, drafting the Action Agenda of AEGEE / European Students’ Forum.

Join the crazy team of 250 young Europeans to the EPM Yerevan 2018 to discuss your strategy towards borderless Europe and if we can dream that big!!! Meet up with your AEGEEans and feel the real spirit of the 2800 years old pink city and get acquainted with Armenia’s capital which is marked by grand Soviet-era architecture.

The EPM Yerevan will take place on the 8th – 12th of March 2018 (Thursday, 8th is the arrival day combined with cultural program and Monday, 12th of March is check-out and the departure day). The fee for this EPM will be 45 euro for non visa participants and 40 euro for visa participants.

The EPM Yerevan tends to establish a new benchmark in AEGEE event planning and organization, hence the mentioned fee will include the following specials:

– accommodation for 4 nights at hostel (breakfast included) with separate showers (at least 2 in each hostel);

– cultural program (city tours in City Center);

– 2 warm meals and coffee breaks during all working days;

– reception on the first day;

– info packs and full stationery pack, including t-shirt;

– welcome and guidance at the airport or bus/train station;

–  free entrance for 2 thematic parties;

You can apply latest by Tuesday, the 21st of November – the application system will close at 23:59 CET.
